Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can relax and complete any necessary health or consent forms.

Before treatment begins, we’ll discuss your needs, medical history, allergies, and any areas of concern. This helps us tailor the massage to what’s best for your body.

Privacy & Draping:
We maintain high standards of modesty. Proper draping will be used: only the area being massaged is exposed.

The Massage Session:

Therapist applies massage oil (or warmed oil/essential oil) as required.

You are encouraged to give feedback at any time about pressure or comfort.

Techniques vary by treatment type, but all are done with professionalism and client well-being in mind.

Aftercare Advice:
After treatment, we may suggest:-
Gentle stretching or movement.

Drinking plenty of water to help flush out any toxins.

Applying heat or cold if needed.

When to expect mild soreness (normal after deep or new massage work) and how to manage it.
