Booking & Cancellation

All bookings require confirmation in advance. - For cancellations or rescheduling, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) may incur a fee equal to 50% of treatment cost, unless due to an emergency. - Failure to show up for a booked session may result in full charge.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Inform us at booking (or upon arrival) of any medical conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, fractures, recent surgery, pregnancy). - Some treatments may be modified or declined for safety.

Children & Minors

We do not qualified to do massage for children and minors.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Let us know of any allergies to oils, lotions, or fragrances in advance. - Patch tests can be done upon request.

Conduct & Respect

Professional standards must be maintained by both client and therapist. - We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if behavior is inappropriate or violates our policy of strictly professional service.

Payments & Pricing

Full payment is due at the end of treatment unless otherwise agreed. - Prices may change; confirmed price at booking stands for that appointment. - Methods of payment accepted: cash / card / online (state what you accept).

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can address it. - Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; no automatic refunds after treatment is completed. - If a service is cancelled by us, full refund or re-booking offered.

Scheduling & Waiting Times

We do our best to run on time. Occasionally, sessions may start late due to preceding treatments over-running. - We adjust session length (if needed) so you still get full benefit of scheduled time, or offer a short extension when possible.

Our massage treatments are intended for relaxation and general well-being only. They are not a substitute for medical care and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
By booking a treatment, clients acknowledge that:

They have disclosed all relevant health conditions to the therapist.

They understand massage may occasionally cause mild soreness or temporary discomfort.

They accept that sessions are received at their own risk.
Relaxing by Mimosa and its therapists cannot be held responsible for any pain, injury, reaction, or medical issue that may arise following a massage, without limiting or affecting any statutory rights clients may have.
