1. Booking & Appointment Policy
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
1.2 By making a booking, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. No payment will be processed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2. Card on File Requirement
2.1 Clients must provide a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
2.2 Card details are securely stored via our online booking system and are used solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms.
2.3 The card on file will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show fee becomes applicable, or where otherwise stated.
2.4 All payments are processed securely through www.wix.com, and no payment information is stored directly by us.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
3.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”), will result in a 100% charge of the booked service fee.
3.3 The applicable fee will be charged automatically to the card on file.
3.4 These charges are necessary to compensate for reserved time and operational costs associated with late cancellations and missed appointments.

4. Authorization to Charge
4.1 By completing a booking, the client expressly authorizes Relaxing by Mimosa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
4.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains accurate and valid at all times.
4.3 Failure to maintain valid payment details does not exempt the client from payment obligations.

5. Health & Medical Disclosure
5.1 Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment, including but not limited to: cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgeries, or chronic illnesses.
5.2 Services may be modified or declined where treatment may pose a health risk.

6. Children & Pregnancy Policy
6.1 Massage services are not provided to minors.
6.2 Pregnancy massage services are not offered.

7. Conduct & Professional Standards
7.1 Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
7.2 Any inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Payments & Pricing
8.1 Full payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
8.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
8.3 Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and approved online payment systems.

9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9.2 If a service is cancelled by the provider, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

10. Scheduling & Time Management
10.1 Every effort is made to begin appointments on time.
10.2 In rare cases of delay, session lengths may be adjusted or extended where possible to ensure fair service delivery.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
11.1 Massage therapy services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
11.2 Clients acknowledge that massage therapy may result in temporary soreness or discomfort.
11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relaxing by Mimosa shall not be held liable for any injury, reaction, or loss arising from services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
