Card on File (Secure Booking)

To secure your appointment, we ask all clients to provide a valid credit or debit card when booking.

Your card details are:

Stored securely through our booking system
Used only in line with our booking and cancellation terms
Not charged when you book

Important notice:

We use secure payment processing via Wix.com. Relaxing by Mimosa does not store your full card details directly.

When Your Card May Be Charged

Your card on file will only be charged if:

A late cancellation fee applies
A no-show fee applies
Another charge has been clearly agreed in advance

We will never process charges outside of our stated booking terms.

Payment on the Day

For most appointments, full payment is due at your treatment, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

If you add extra time or services during your session, any additional amount must be paid before departure.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Our policy:

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the service fee
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 30 days from the original booking date (subject to availability)

If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative.
